As many of you know, MAB Community Services has been very close to my heart for many years. Through MAB, I found my love for giving back to the community and began my career in Advancement/Donor Relations. I am so excited to be a part of the Team With A Vision and United In Stride's C2C Challenge.
This past year has been exceptionally unique and it’s caused many of us to reassess our lives as everything has been turned upside-down by the circumstances of a global pandemic. Loss, isolation and instability have been the major milestones of 2020. However, one of the few bonuses of being stuck at home for the last 12 months has been the time I've been able to spend with Seba. What many have viewed as a lost year for our kids, I see as time I got to grow my relationship with him - every day wasn't perfect, but every day has been a blessing. So together, he and I are walking and pledge to do so every day - he set our fundraising and walking goals and we'll encourage each other to lace up our shoes and get outside.
