Bonnie’s Tribe: Turning Loss Into Action

In August 2020, in the heat of COVID, we lost Holly’s mom, Bonnie, to ovarian cancer. She was a mother, wife, friend, and the heart of our family. Not a day goes by that we don’t miss her laugh, her strength, and her love.

Ovarian cancer is often called the “silent killer” because its symptoms can be vague and are too often overlooked. By the time it’s found, it’s frequently too late. That reality is why this cause means so much to us -- and why we walk as Bonnie’s Tribe.

Your donation isn’t just a number on a page. It’s research that might give another family more years together. It’s awareness that helps a woman recognize her symptoms sooner. It’s hope that one day no family will have to go through what ours did.

Thank you for honoring Bonnie’s memory with us — and for helping fight for all the moms, sisters, daughters, and friends still facing this disease.
