Sessions are focused on optimizing technology to grow and enhance your race.
What Is RunSignup University?
RunSignup University is a 1.5 day, hands-on educational class for timers and race directors. RunSignup Professors will take students through all the newest technology updates, allow for in-person testing of new features, and provide time for studying with your peers.
There will be multiple class options to help you find your fit. While timers are welcome to join, the majority of the class schedule will be focused on RunSignup tools (rather than RaceDay Certifications).
Classes will be workshop style; please bring your laptop!
Enrollment is limited.
Who is RunSignup University For?
RunSignup University is for:
- Experienced RunSignup race directors looking to catch up on the latest releases and maximize the value of technology for their event.
- Newer RunSignup race directors who have a basic understanding of race directing and RunSignup Technology and are looking to take the next step with their technology.
- Timers who want to master the latest RunSignup technology to support their races and increase their revenue opportunities. While timers are welcome and encouraged to attend, the emphasis will be on RunSignup tools rather than deep-dives into RaceDay technology (we'll be back with the Timer Education Summit for that!).
There will be multiple classes to allow students to pick the most applicable courses for their level and goals.
Requirements for Enrollment
RunSignup University is intended for race directors and timers with some familiarity with race directing and the RunSignup platform. While we will have beginner classes in specific topics, we recommend you prepare ahead of time by reviewing the basics of RunSignup.

What to Expect from RunSignup University
RunSignup Master's Degree
Your RunSignup Master's Degree program provides a flexible class schedule covering core technologies for race directors, from overlooked basics to the latest releases.
Gym Class
This class may be early, but at least the teacher is a pushover. Run, walk, or sit on the bleachers and watch your class at Wednesday's Morning Run.
ΡΣΥ: Greek Life
You can't study all the time. Take a break on Tuesday evening at a more sophisticated Greek Party - Happy Hour with your peers in Nashville.
Study Hall
Need a little extra time on a subject? Step out of the classroom and join us in the demo room for some hands-on training and assistance.
Dining Hall
Breakfast on Tuesday & Wednesday, as well as Tuesday lunch, will be served on-site in the actual dining hall. But there's still time to check out the local food scene!

There are multiple options for a room to lay your head, from actual on-site dorms to local hotels within walking distance of all class sessions.
