Hello Friends & Family!

I’m incredibly excited to announce my selection into the inaugural Chicago River Swim, a charitable event hosted by the Chicagoland non-profit ALongSwim. I'm one of 500 lucky individuals who will soon swim among the city's famous skyscrapers and under its iconic bridges!

Prior to September 20, 2026, I've committed to fundraise on behalf of the event's two beneficiaries: supporting collaborative ALS research and providing swim lessons for Chicago's underprivileged youth.

I’m swimming specifically in honor of my uncle Craig, who wrestled heroically with ALS. Even after loosing independence and mobility, Craig retained his positive attitude and love for life. His dedication to family and love for neighbors is my lasting impression of him - not this devastating disease.
