What is R3 Run Club?

R3 Run Club is an inclusive online running and walking community built on support, encouragement, and confidence. We welcome all paces, all experience levels, and all bodies. Whether you’re just starting out or finding your rhythm again, you belong here.

Do I have to be a runner to join?

No. R3 is for runners and walkers of all levels. If you move your body, you’re welcome here. Movement is a pace, and every step forward counts.

Is there a membership fee?

No membership is required. R3 Run Club is a community you can be part of simply by showing up and choosing to move. Some events may have a registration fee, but there is no cost to be part of the community itself.

What is a virtual race?

A virtual race allows you to complete the distance on your own schedule, wherever you choose. You can run or walk outdoors, on a treadmill, at home, or anywhere that works for you. There is no set start time and no pressure.

How do I register for events?

All event registrations are handled securely through RunSignUp. Select your event and complete the online registration form to confirm your participation.

Can I participate from anywhere?

Yes. R3 Run Club virtual events can be completed from anywhere in the world, as long as shipping options are available for event swag.

Can I walk instead of run?

Absolutely. Walking, jogging, running, and movement of any kind are welcome. There is no one way to participate.

Do I have to complete the race on a specific day?

Virtual races can be completed anytime during the event window. Many participants choose to complete them during the featured month or timeframe, but flexibility is always encouraged.

Is there a time limit?

No. There are no time limits and no minimum pace requirements. A slow run is still a run, and walking is always welcome. The goal is movement, confidence, and consistency — not speed.

What if I don’t feel confident or experienced enough?

R3 Run Club was created for moments exactly like that. Confidence grows through consistency and support, not comparison. This is a safe space to start, restart, and grow at your own pace.

Can I participate if I'm a beginner?

Absolutely! This race is designed for all fitness levels — walkers, new runners, slow runners, seasoned runners, and everyone in between. You don't need to look like a runner to be a runner.

Do I need to submit proof of my run?

You are welcome to log your results through RunSignUp, but proof is not required. This event focuses on personal accomplishment, consistency, and celebrating movement at your own pace.

Will I receive a medal?

Yes, you earned it! Swag includes a finisher medal and bib that are shipped together. Images of each medal can be found on our All Events page.

When will my swag be shipped?

If you register before the race launches, your medal and bib will ship at the beginning of the launch month. If you register after the event has started, your swag will ship within one week of registration. Tracking details are emailed once your package ships.

What does the race package include?

Every registration includes:

  • Entry to the Virtual Race Event 
  • Official R3 Run Club finisher medal
  • R3 Run Club event themed tyvek bib
  • Access to our supportive movement-based community

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping is available to U.S. addresses only. Participants must provide a valid U.S. mailing address to receive their medal and race swag.

Are there refunds?

Because medals and swag are pre-ordered, we are unable to offer refunds. But one of the greatest benefits of a virtual race is flexibility. There is no deadline to complete your miles and no event-day logistics to navigate. You can run or walk your race whenever it fits your life, in the way that feels right for you.

What if I didn't receive my race packet?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please check your shipping confirmation email for tracking details, as most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Support team with your name and registration details so we can assist.

Please note that if the carrier has confirmed delivery, we may not be able to replace the medal. Additionally, R3 Run Club is not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address entered at registration or a change of address after ordering.
