How Training Camp Works
Training Camps will run from 10:00am-7:00pm,
A Classroom and Study Hall will be in action from 10:00am-5:00pm. Pick and choose when you want instruction and when you want to problem-solve with the RunSignup team in Study Hall. A Networking Happy Hour from 5pm-7pm will follow.
Classroom Time
- Know what’s coming. See the industry trends and new technology shaping the 2027 season, and what to change before it starts.
- Leave with a new website. Upgrade to Website V2 with the RunSignup team beside you, and get your design and content ready to go.
- Put AI to work. Set up RunSignup’s AI Agents for customer support, reporting, and more, so less of your week goes to the inbox and spreadsheets.
- Plan your 2027 growth. Work through your revenue and growth strategy and leave with next steps for the season.
Study Hall
Bring your event: Study Hall is your time:
- Open all day. RunSignup team members are in Study Hall for the entire camp, so help is there whenever you need it.
- Bring your questions. Bring your notebook and work through solutions one-on-one with our team.
- Go deeper. Get into more detail on any topic from the sessions, at your own pace.

RunSignup Training Camps: FAQ
RunSignup Training Camps are one-day sessions designed to get race directors up to speed on technology and help optimize their race setups – fast. Training Camps combine the best parts of RunSignup University (hands-on training and dedicated one-on-one help) and RunSignup Roadshows (multiple locations) to bring more education to more race directors.
The first two Training Camps are available now. We'll be in Philadelphia on February 10th (register here) and Raleigh on February 17th (register here). Looking for something a little further West? Keep an eye out - Texas and Southern California are slated for summer camps (sign up to be notified about future camps).
Everyone is welcome. While some classes will be more specific to RunSignup technology, many classes will have learnings for everyone.
No. RunSignup Training Camps are replacing RunSignup University for this year. Why? Training Camps let us bring the best part of University (hands-on training and Study Hall one-on-one time) to more locations in a more efficient way. That means less travel, less cost, and less time away from work for our customers.
Early bird pricing for a RunSignup Training Camp is $50. Price will increase to $70 if you wait!
Registration includes lunch, happy hour, a full day of classes, hands-on study hall time, and takeaway materials for reviewing at home.
You are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague at any point. If you can no longer make it, please use the Contact Us form to let us know as early as possible and we will provide a refund.
All levels are welcome. We recommend at least going through the setup Wizard prior to arriving so you have an active race to work on. Some classes may be a bit more advanced, but you are welcome to work at your own pace and the team in Study Hall is happy to help!
Yes! Stop over to Study Hall and you can sit down with a RunSignup team member to get your questions answered.
Bring yourself and a laptop (and charger)! Everything else you need will be available on-site.
No. RunSignup Training Camps are hands-on, and do not translate directly to online content. We will provide webinars on any content that can be converted, but the true power of Training Camps is the active work and direct support.
The current plan is to host a Training Camp in Philadelphia and Raleigh this February, with Texas and Southern California over the summer (dates and locations TBA). We don't have any other cities on the direct plan, but there's always a chance we will add more in the future.
