KC ENDURANCE specializes in coaching all types of runners from beginner to advanced for half and full marathon distances. We provide custom training programs for our athletes in which you can speak directly to a coach and get the most out of your training. We offer online, group, and one-on-one options for training.
Join KC ENDURANCE for our 8 Week Winter Base Camp. Meant for the runner that is looking improve on their running fitness throughout the Summer months leading into Fall racing. It is geared toward every fitness level from beginner to advanced, but it is preferred the runner has already developed a fitness base of easy running at least 3 times per week.
The program will work on building mileage throughout the training period and hitting workouts and long runs that will vastly improve their Spring training and racing.
The athlete has the ability to consult with their coach through email, text, or phone call at any point in time.
