Our beneficiaries this year are two organizations whose donations have taken a hit in wake of the pandemic: Special Olympics and the Ronald MacDonald House. We all know what great work these organizations do to help individuals, kids, and families in need all year long, and now we help make sure they can keep doing what they do.
We will present 100% of donations raised as well as a portion of the entry proceeds to these two organizations. As this virtual race is open to competitors regardless of location, we have chosen to split the funds between the national and local Capital Region organizations. So no matter where you are participating, you will be helping someone near you. We thank you in advance for your generosity.
