You get to see your progress every day and you can see how your friends and others are doing.
For the Run/Walk Challenge only running/jogging/walking miles should be submitted. These can be road, trail, or treadmill.
For the Cycling Challenge Bike miles should be submitted. These can be road, off road, trainer, spin bike or stationary bike.
Teams can see how they stack up to other teams or just cheer each other on and keep each other accountable. It is all in the name of getting out and staying healthy.
