Get Results Announcer Timing Points

Get a list, as an array, of timing points for a race. The timing_point_access_code field of a point is used to authenticate API requests to get data for a timing point. Only JSON is supported for this API.

`X-RSU-API-SECRET`	HTTP Header		API v2 or super partner secret.	`string`
`format`	GET	xml	Format of response. The default if not sent is `xml`, but `json` is preferred.	`format`
