The Team Playmakers Men's Training Team is a running and walking team that is designed to encourage and support men of all abilities to achieve the goal of running or walking a 5K or a longer distance within a planned session.
Our team is fitness-focused to support each other for our collective or individual goals. We encourage men of any age to sign up for this fun and energetic program! Register today and commit to fitness this year and beyond.
Team P training structure may be adjusted based on current local and state health guidelines. When running alone or training in groups, please take all precautions.
Formal Training:
Wednesday - 6:00pm training - locations to be determined
Saturday - 8:00am training - at Hawk Island Park
Informal Training:
Monday - 6:00pm - at the Michigan Athletic Club (MAC)
Tuesday - 6:00pm - Trail training - beginning in March
