Our adult beginner run/walk program is made for those who are new to running and want to ease into a routine with guidance from expert coaches, enthusiastic volunteers, and a supportive group. Join us for an informational meeting at 6 p.m. on September 13, 2018, at Run Flagstaff (204A East Route 66).
About Step into Running
• A twice-a-year program that safely introduces a walk/run routine to beginners • Cost is $75, which includes twice weekly coached practices (6 p.m. on Tuesdays and 5:45 p.m. on Thursdays); Wednesday seminars on nutrition, strength training/flexibility, and motivation led by local professionals; plus entry to a forthcoming new 5K event in late October presented by our local running store, Run Flagstaff.
• Participation is free for current Team Run Flagstaff members (5K entry not included) • Coached by experienced TRF coaches and volunteers
We kindly request that you refrain from bringing strollers and dogs to Step into Running practices, to ensure the comfort and safety of all participants.

We will meet at 6 p.m. on Tuesdays at the NAU outdoor track and 5:45 p.m. on Thursdays at Buffalo Park from Sept. 20-October 25, with our final goal to celebrate at Run Flagstaff 5K event scheduled for Oct. 27.
