Training plan and coaching for 5K. This can be used for beginning runners hoping to complete their first 5K, or for experienced runners hoping to PR in the 5K distance.
A 5K training plan will be roughly 8 weeks of training. Training plans will be sent in one-week increments.

A 10K training plan will be roughly 10 weeks of training. Training plans will be sent in one-week increments.

Training plan and coaching for Half Marathon. This can be used for beginning runners hoping to complete their first Half, or for experienced runners hoping to PR in the Half Marathon distance.
A Half training plan will be roughly 12 weeks of training. Training plans will be sent in one-week increments.

Want to make sure you're hitting your splits? Need some motivation to push through a tough track workout? Stuck in a rut with boring workouts?
In a one-hour session, we'll design an interval based, speed workout for you, customized towards your current goals and/or challenges. Coach will help keep you on track and make sure you're hitting the right splits.
One-hour workout will include warm-up, running work, and stretching/cool down.
