Individual 5K Training Plan
Training plan and coaching for 5K. This can be used for beginning runners hoping to complete their first 5K, or for experienced runners hoping to PR in the 5K distance.
A 5K training plan will be roughly 8 weeks of training. Training plans will be sent in one-week increments.
Included:
* Customized training plan to help you reach your goals
* Weekly check-ins and plan updates based on progress
* Daily access to coach via email/text
* Up to one phone call per week with coach

Individual Track Workout
Want to make sure you're hitting your splits? Need some motivation to push through a tough track workout? Stuck in a rut with boring workouts?
In a one-hour session, we'll design an interval based, speed workout for you, customized towards your current goals and/or challenges. Coach will help keep you on track and make sure you're hitting the right splits.
One-hour workout will include warm-up, running work, and stretching/cool down.
