Interested in individualized training that is serves your specific goals? Whether you're looking to return to fitness after an injury, looking to improve your strength or need a little extra motivation, personal training can help you strengthen holistically and progress quicker.
Depending on your goals, sessions could be one-on-one running or walking, could include weights or bodyweight strength, balance work, core, and TRX suspension training. All session included warmup and cool down.
Sessions can take place at your home, gym (if permitted) or outdoors. All equipment provided. One month commitment required. All sessions must be used within a 5 week period. 24 hour cancellation required for receive make-up session.
4 Weeks of a 60 minute session 1x per week = $50/hour ($200/month) *DISCOUNT if you commit to 3 months
4 Weeks of a 60 minute session 2x per week = $50/hour ($400/month)
