Life is busy. It doesn't matter what stage of life you are in. Carving out an hour to run a few miles can be difficult. Or maybe you have time but are new to running and don't know where to start. Or you just want to be healthy.
#MileADay is all about staying active on a daily basis. You don't have to run. You can walk a mile if that's what you need to do. The point is you just do a mile every day.
As a club, we are here to support each other and promote running in general.
