Mike Beigay (USATF Level 1 Coach) - Coach Mike has more than 25 years of running experience. He is excited to work with Run Cabarrus athletes, including his daughter who has a growing passion for running. Mike has developed some of his marathon training through the philosophies of Arthur Lydiard and is excited to share some of his success with the next generation. He is a past president of the Charlotte Running Club and is a Structural Engineer with SteelFab in Charlotte. Mike lives in Concord with his wife Andrea and daughter Chloia Shea.

William Isenhour - Coach William caught the running bug at age 7 when he ran his first road race in downtown Concord. Since then, running has been a constant in his life, from high school races to hitting the trails these days with his family. He was a member of the cross country and track teams at Davidson College, where he ran everything from the 1500 to the 10K. He is an attorney at Johnston, Allison & Hord in Charlotte and lives in Concord with his wife Elizabeth and sons Thomas and James, who are looking forward to being members of the inaugural Run Cabarrus team.

Gray Riley (USATF Level 1 Coach) - Coach Gray was active in competitive soccer, basketball, and swimming through his high school years and became hooked on endurance sports as an adult. He ran his first half marathon on a whim and was instantly drawn back to the competition and the training methodology behind the sport. Having run numerous marathons and ultramarathons, his favorite distance remains the 10 miler. Gray considers himself a connoisseur of tacos, bbq, and gas station coffee.  In his free time, he enjoys guiding blind/visually impaired runners in the Charlotte area with Para Guide.

Coach Nathan's athletic journey evolved from competitive soccer in high school to the world of distance running, where he has completed everything from the Boston Marathon to the prestigious UTMB CCC 100K in the French Alps. In addition to coaching youth, he has helped numerous adults reach their Boston Marathon qualifying goals and has a particular interest in the connection between strength training and running performance. A resident of Kannapolis along with his wife, Kate, and their three children, Nathan is a proud Run Cabarrus parent who focuses on instilling self-belief and hard work in every athlete. He strives to help every runner discover the joy of reaching their personal goals and fostering a lifelong love for the sport.
