* Evaluation of your current running goals
* Creation of a personalized training plan

2 Month Membership: $50.00

This type of service would be excellent for a runner who needs an everyday personal coach to depend upon & help to keep them accountable. Consistent communication between the coach & athlete (relaying of data, potential injuries, etc.) is VITAL for success with this plan. This plan does not include any face-to-face meetings or “with coach” running.

Being your Online/Virtual Coach would include the following:
* Completion of a questionnaire & a waiver
* Initial consultation (via email or phone) to discuss your current fitness level
* Evaluation of your current running goals
* Creation of a personalized training plan (will be delivered in 4 week intervals)
* Adjusting/adapting your training plan based on current performance
* Weekly correspondence regarding that weeks’ runs for ongoing evaluation & support
* Assistance with planning your race day strategy

1 Month Membership: $40.00

This type of service would be excellent for a Hampton Roads runner who needs an everyday personal coach to depend upon & help to keep them accountable. Consistent communication between the coach & athlete (relaying of data, potential injuries, etc.) is VITAL for success with this plan. In-person & one-on-one opportunities are available.

Being your in-person coach {Hampton Roads locals only} would include the following:
* Completion of a questionnaire & a waiver
* Initial consultation (via email, phone, or in-person) to discuss your current fitness level
* Evaluation of your current running and race goals
* Creation of a personalized training plan (will be delivered in 4 week intervals)
* Adjusting/adapting your training plan based on current performance
* Weekly correspondence regarding that weeks’ runs for ongoing evaluation & support
* Assistance with planning your race day strategy
* In-person coach & athlete running sessions (Fees apply: $45/hour)
* Unlimited access (complimentary) to weekend group long runs when arranged by the coach in the HR area (schedule varies based on season of the year & upcoming races)
