Group Runs
BCRR Member Group Runs are offered weekly, year-round in both PA and NJ. Whether you like running the roads or the trails, there’s something for everyone. All paces welcome!

Tuesday - McTuesday Run
It’s a no-drop run ranging from 3.5 to 7 miles. During the fall and winter months, we recommend you wear your reflective vests, lights, and headlamps.
When: Tuesdays at 6:00pm - Year-Round
Where: We gather in the parking lot across the street from McCaffrey’s Supermarket, 680 Heacock Rd, Morrisville, PA 19067
Wednesday – Track (Seasonal)
Track workouts are for all BCRR members who wants to try to improve their overall speed or simply wants a different kind of social group workout. Open to all ability and experience levels!
When: Track workouts are over for this season, we hope you can join us in 2025!

Thursday - Hills
The workouts begin with a 1-mile warmup, a prescribed workout on a hill or set of hills (hard up, easy down) for a total of 3 miles, and an easy cool-down mile. We run to the hill together, wait for everyone to finish the workout, and run out together. No one gets left behind. If 5 miles is too much, feel free to scale back on the repeats.

Saturday - Group Runs
Yardley Canal Path/Road Run
This group run meets outside Cramer’s Bakery to run along the canal path
When: Saturdays at 7:00am
Where: Cramer’s Bakery 16 E Afton Avenue, Yardley, PA 19067 (Parking is available outside of William Penn Bank)

Doylestown Group Run
The group meets at Starbucks in Doylestown located at State and Main Streets the run is open to all pace groups and they typically run 8 miles via various different routes through the Doylestown area.

Washington Crossing Trail Run
An approx 1 hour long trail run. Meet up just across the Washington Crossing bridge in the parking lot on the NJ side. Multiple groups, so all paces welcome!
When: Saturdays at 7:30am

Sunday - Long Run (Seasonal)
Canal Path Group Long Run (March thru November)

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! Casual runners, fun runners, and people training for a marathon. The BCRR canal run is now starting in Stockton, NJ. See map for directions, below.
All paces welcome! We are going to cross the bridge in Stockton, and run south to New Hope; then cross over into Lambertville, and head back to Stockton—it’s about seven miles. You can go longer if you wish. The canal is in great shape for that loop. Do as many loops as you wish! Be there or be square!
When: Sundays, May through November, as follows:

- July through September - 7:00am*
- August through November - 8:00am*
*Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start the run on time.
