Group Training
Group Training Activities are updated regularly on our Facebook Group Page.
Saturdays: Triathlon Training Day! 7:30 am swim at Palo Beach in the regular swim area a distance you are comfortable with (most go 1200+ yards). 8:30 am bike ride (out & back), then run a distance you'd like!
Tuesdays 5:30 pm - Palo Open Water Swim - swim across Palo Lake and back, with kayak support. Your choice of distance from 1200 to 2000 yards or more! When you get into the park, go left instead of right towards the boat ramps! We will meet at the first turnaround.
Wednesday 5:00 pm bike ride - join HBA for a bike ride on CVNT from Boyson Parking area to Center Point.
Thursday between 4:15-5:30 pm - track session at Indian Creek Elemenary. Run your own workout with other people!
Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday Morning 5-6:30 am: Milky Way Masters swim practice. Join for a month free! During the summer we swim outdoor at Marion Pool, and it's long course meters. Warm-up from 5-5:30, official start is 6:30 am.
We make training FUN, always better with a group of like-minded athletes!
