The Game Plan

These sessions take place on the track and are centered around running-specific workouts tailored to help you get faster and more efficient. Through a mix of speed and endurance intervals, you'll improve your form, refine your mechanics, and build the strength and confidence needed to take your training to the next level.

The Arlington AM Interval Program meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:30am at Washington-Liberty High School Track in Arlington.

Arlington AM Interval Monthly Monthly Membership includes access to weekly sessions meeting most Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:45-7:30 AM (excluding some holidays or cancelations). Typically each month includes 8 training sessions. You can select for any Tuesday or Thursday. from $69
