The Game Plan
These sessions take place on the track and are centered around running-specific workouts tailored to help you get faster and more efficient. Through a mix of speed and endurance intervals, you'll improve your form, refine your mechanics, and build the strength and confidence needed to take your training to the next level.

Schedule & Location
The Arlington AM Interval Program meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:30am at Washington-Liberty High School Track in Arlington.
