Keep on Track with your Fitness Goals with the Avon Resolution Run! Join us for a Fun Run/Walk. The experts from Hendricks Regional Physical Therapy will lead a pre-run/walk stretching & muscle activation and post-run stretching to aid in recovery and improving mobility. Learn the techniques to support your 2025 fitness goals and New Year's Resolutions!

Event Highlights:

• Fun Run/Walk for all ages and fitness levels
• Learn how to improve your mobility and reduce injury potential with a guided warm up and cool down led by Hendricks Regional Physical Therapy

We are excited to welcome both our new and returning members in just a few days on Tuesday, January 21st! Please dress and be prepared to run/walk 1 mile indoors. If you have friends who are on the fence about joining, invite them to come with you for the first meeting to check it all out.
