Who Are We?

Raleigh Running Collective was founded by three coaches who share a simple yet powerful vision: to bring the energy, structure, and camaraderie of group training to adult runners in the Raleigh area. We saw a gap in our community—few options for early morning training, limited access to tracks, and virtually no adult teams focused on shared racing goals or team-based racing opportunities (yes, those exist—and they’re awesome!).

We want to grow, what started as a small group of passionate runners, into a vibrant collective where athletes of all skill levels train with purpose, connect with others, and chase their goals as a team. Over time we plan to build the broader running community, providing opportunities for racing and running experiences to celebrate all aspects of running. 

Our mission is to provide a supportive and inspiring environment where adults not only can enhance their running performance but also rediscover the joy of training with others. Whether you're aiming for a new PR, training for a marathon, or simply looking for a consistent, structured workout, we’ve created the space—and the support—to help you thrive.

With access to early morning track workouts, personalized coaching, goal-oriented training plans, and unique opportunities to race as a team, we offer something rare and powerful: community-driven progress.

As a member, you’ll gain access to exclusive training sessions, expert coaching, and custom training plans tailored to your goals. 3 Month RRC Group Training Join the Raleigh Running Collective and take your training to the next level—whether you're looking for the energy of group workouts or the focus of personalized coaching, we’ve got a plan that fits your goals.  This 3 month RRC group training membership Includes: Access to 2 weekly coached group sessions (Tuesday Track & Friday Raleigh Locations) Structured workouts tailored for speed, endurance, and race prep Supportive team environment and accountability Exclusive member communications and training insights from $180
3 Month Membership: $180.00
Basic RRC Membership Access to our weekly newsletter, ability to purchase access for track sessions, access to team discounts for races. Annual fee put towards additional programs if you decide to use private training or group training. If you want to purchase individual track sessions , once you complete your membership our coaches will provide you details on how to do so. You can purchase one session for $20, or four sessions for $60. These are available for you to use for up to a year.  from $50
1 Year Membership: $50.00
RRC Private Coaching Same membership as group training, but also gets individual plan built around their goals. Workouts loaded into training program, ability to communicate with coaches at least weekly and at practices.  from $150
1 Month Membership: $150.00
