Practice Sessions

At Raleigh Running Collective, we believe consistency is key—and our weekly sessions are designed to keep you motivated, challenged, and progressing toward your goals.  We currently offer two coached practices each week, tailored to help adult runners build speed, endurance, and confidence, no matter your experience level.

Every session is coach-led, community-driven, and adaptable to your fitness level. Each practice is structured with a warm-up, core running drills, and a cool-down phase.  Whether you’re training for a specific race or just showing up to move and connect, we’re here to meet you where you are—and help you get where you want to go.
