For 2020 We're Going Virtual!

While social distancing guidelines remain in effect due to COVID-19 we want to make sure everyone stays fit! Weekly workouts will be sent out via email from our coaches. You'll be responsible to do the workout on your own. These workouts do not have to be done at a track! Feel free to do them on your local roads or on a treadmill.
