Refund Policy
While refunds are not allowed, if you find yourself unable to participate, let us know via email (make sure you receive a reply to your request!) and we will gladly either transfer your registration to the Virtual Turkey Trail Trot and your race shirt and medal will be mailed to you at the address used during registration or you can transfer your registration to someone else. Transfers to another must be initiated no later than 11/12/21. Transfer to the Virtual can be requested until 1700 (5 PM) 11/26/21 but late requests will not have their packets mailed until the week after the in-person Turkey Trail Trot.
