Refund Policy
There are no refunds for participant-initiated cancellations and no deferrals to next year. Transfers to another athlete are allowed. To transfer, the original participant should go to RunSignUp, go to "My Registrations", then Manage Registrations, then click on "Transfer to Another Runner" up top. Put in the name and email address of the person who will be the replacement. After the replacement athlete signs up, the original participant will be refunded the entry fee (but the RunSignUp processing fee will not be refunded).
If we are forced to cancel the race for any reason, participants will receive a free transfer to the following year, or an 80% refund.
