Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds outside of the instances listed in our cancellation policy, nor do we offer deferrals outside of our Pregnancy and New Child Deferral Policy.
This means that we won’t give a refund (or deferral) because you got injured, have travel restrictions, didn’t train, etc. The only instance we’re willing to consider - on a case-by-case basis - is if you are undergoing a significant and unexpected financial or life disaster (such as massive medical bills). If you feel that you are undergoing a significant and unexpected financial or life disaster, please email the RD to begin a conversation. Please remember that we offer this out of empathy for the challenges that life can throw.
