Each year, the South Nyack Ten Miler donates a portion of its proceeds to three Nyack -area First Responders
- South Orangetown Fire Department, who host us on Race Day in South Nyack
- Piermont FD Ambulance Corps Women's Auxiliary, who support the race in Piermont
- Nyack Ambulance Corps, who are always available in case we need them
