Each year, the South Nyack Ten Miler donates a portion of its proceeds to three Nyack -area First Responders

• South Orangetown Fire Department, who host us on Race Day in South Nyack
• Piermont FD Ambulance Corps Women's Auxiliary, who support the race in Piermont
• Nyack Ambulance Corps, who are always available in case we need them
