The virtual race can be run at any time during the two weeks around race day on any 10 mile route that you choose. If you elect to run the route of the in-person race, please exercise caution as you will be on public roads and paths without the assistance of Course Marshalls.

South Nyack Kids Fun Run

The kids race is just for fun. But every finisher gets a medal. We'll run the kids race in two heats for the younger and older children. The course is just an out and back along the Esposito Trail, finishing under the Rockland Road Runners Arch!
