Refund Policy
The Amway River Bank Run does not provide refunds. However, you can defer to the next year, transfer or gift your registration to a friend/family member, or transfer to our Virtual Run options - where you can upload your own results, and receive the RBR race swag you've trained for. Manage these options within your RunSignUp account profile by selecting the "manage registration" link in your River Bank Run registration. If you elect to defer your registration - you may only do so for one year. Race Management, city officials and local law enforcement has the authority to cancel any of the events for emergency purposes such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, threat of terrorism or health situation where government mandates limiting size of gathering. If such emergency conditions force cancellation or postponement, refunds cannot be provided since funds will have been spent in preparation for Race Day.
