EmpowerSCI is a non-profit corporation established to enable individuals with spinal cord injuries to lead happier, more meaningful and more independent lives. EmpowerSCI seeks to fill the gap in the rehabilitation industry that has been created by a decrease in length of stays at rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient services during the recovery from a spinal cord injury with various in-person residential rehabilitation programs to facilitate holistic rehabilitation.
Empower SCI isn't just a program, it is a mindset, created by a supportive environment of peers, clinicians, mentors, and volunteers. Each piece of the Empower Puzzle is just as important as the others in cultivating change within our participants. To keep our program affordable and available to participants, we are asking you to help us provide this life-changing program to our participants.
