REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS
Due to the significant upfront costs involved, Santa Claus operates under a strict, uniform policy: no refunds or exchanges, no person-to-person transfers, and no deferrals to a future year. While we understand that plans change, injuries occur, and unforeseen situations may arise, we believe it’s most fair to apply this policy consistently for all customers, rather than making subjective decisions on who is eligible for a refund.
As such, all purchases and sales are final—no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
