THE MURPH CHALLENGE
On Memorial Day, Dan completed the Murph Challenge which is intense exercise that honors fallen Navy SEAL and Medal of Honor recipient, Lt. Michael Murphy.

The workout consists of:

1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
All this while wearing a 20 lb. vest.

Dan completed the whole challenge in 43:44
