Besides the detailed training plan you'll receive once you register, many of your coaches will offer customizable running, fitness, nutritional, and strength improvement plans. VCF Coaches are not only the best in RVA, but many of them have run all 50 states, and we have a combined total of over 650 full and half marathons run.
