Refund Policy
This is a “rain or shine” event. Race fees are nonrefundable. We are offering a virtual race option for individuals that prefer that option. If the event cannot be held on the date scheduled, the event will be rescheduled and race fees will be transferred accordingly. In the event of inclement weather, management reserves the right to modify/cancel the course/race due to safety concerns. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for every participant. Any decisions will be based on safety of the overall event. We appreciate your understanding.
