Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for this race.
Inclement Weather: The safety of our athletes and volunteers is our primary concern. In the event of inclement weather, the race will continue under the following circumstances:
Light Rain/Snow/Sleet-- The event will NOT be cancelled due to light rain precipitation alone.
Lightning-- If lightning is seen or thunder is heard, the event will be postponed for a minimum of 20 minutes from the last sight of lightning or the last hearing of thunder. If lightning or thunder is observed while the race is in progress, participants should immediately seek shelter in their vehicles or in a nearby building or structure. If lightning/thunder persists for 20 minutes after the scheduled start time of the race, the event may be cancelled or postponed to a later date.
Tornado-- If there is a tornado warning for Portage county or any of the surrounding counties, the race will be cancelled or postponed to a later date.
