Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide clarity on our policies to ensure a fair and flexible experience for all participants. Please take note of the following refund and deferral guidelines
Race Alterations or Cancellation:
We aim to hold the race, but in extreme weather or other unforeseen emergencies we may alter the course, shorten the event, or cancel it.
In the event of cancellation, all in-person entrants will be moved into the virtual category for their chosen distance
Refunds/Deferrals:
Due to race growth, we are unable to offer refunds or deferrals in 2025, but entries may be transferred via RunSignup
Refund Insurance:
For a small fee, you may purchase refund insurance during the registration process
Entry Transfers to Another Runner:
Entry Transfers must be completed on RunSignup by June 20, 2025.
A $5 transfer fee will be applied for entry transfers
