Thank you for supporting Batavia United Way through your participation in the Bat Race.

As a charitable fundraising event, all race registration fees are considered donations that directly support Batavia United Way's programs and initiatives serving the Batavia community. Therefore, registrations are non-refundable.

In the event that a participant is unable to attend, registration fees cannot be refunded. The event will be held rain or shine. If circumstances beyond the control of Batavia United Way require the event to be modified, postponed, or canceled, registration fees will not be refunded.

By registering for the Bat Race, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.
