Paco's Posse Lives on in Honorable Memory of Mike AKA Paco Rangel!

"The man, the myth, the legend" was a Double Amputee and both hands had swan neck deformity from Lupus. He also had other health problems but they never stopped him from driving around all over towns in his favorite hunter green truck.
