The JP Cullen Foundation was established by Mark, David and Richard Cullen in 1992 in honor of their father, JP Cullen. Since then the Foundation has given over $5.61 million in gifts and grants to the community, changing lives and making a difference across our region.
Educating the Next Generation of Builders
We partner with high school and higher education institutions where we offer mentorship, internships and co-ops, participate in career fairs and guest lecture for various courses and activities such as mock bid days.
Volunteering
Our employees volunteer with a wide variety of organizations, sit on boards and committees and make personal financial contributions that we match with corporate donations.
Young Leaders
We started our Young Leaders program in 2004 to develop future company leaders through mentoring, shared learning and by immersion into worksite, supplier and service communities. Today there are over 60 active Young Leaders working on community projects in Milwaukee, Janesville and Madison, carrying out 60+ community service events per year.
