We are the Randolph County Community Arts Council, located in Elkins, WV - 2 Park Street to be exact! The Arts Center is a welcoming and inclusive home where everyone is encouraged to create, explore, and discover the value of art. Committed to making art accessible to all, we offer art programs for individuals of all ages and abilities. We want to encourage conversation, connections and bring creativity to your life.
