Refund Policy
Full refunds can be considered, as long as we are greater than 15-days prior to the race.
Once we are within 15-days prior to the race, no refunds will be made. Once we were inside of 15-days, we begin buying material, signing contracts, etc... all things that hold us financially responsible, regardless if the race happens or not. Regardless if the race is profitable or not.
If you cannot attend the race, and we are within the 15-day mark, you can still transfer your entry - for free - to someone else that can attend.
