No Refund Guarantee:
Upon registration, our commitment to a no-refund policy is unwavering. We encourage participants to ensure readiness before securing a spot in the 5K.
Exemptions to the Rule:
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider exceptions. This is subject to the discretionary judgment of our Race Director.
Race Director's Discretion:
The Race Director will assess exemption requests. Decisions are final.
