F45 Training stands for Functional 45 minute workouts. We offer a variety of workouts with a big emphasis on functional strength training. We have specific days for cardio, strength, and hybrid days that are a great mix of both. We believe in creating long term sustainable habits and our workouts mimic movements of every day life. Our program truly is for any fitness lever and over the last 7 years we have created a fun, motivating, and welcoming community of like minded folks who encourage and throw high fives in every class!
