I’m proud to be running the Maine Marathon in support of Sweet Shots for Diabetes, where I serve as Vice President and as a nurse practitioner committed to caring for people living with diabetes.
100% of every dollar raised will go directly to Sweet Shots for Diabetes to support individuals and families living with Type 1 diabetes in Midcoast Maine. These funds help provide essential diabetes supplies, support activities that reduce diabetes distress and burnout, and assist with other urgent needs that can make daily life with Type 1 diabetes safer and more manageable.
