If you can't make it to the event here are your options:
1. Go to https://requestmyrefund.com/regshield/refund to file a claim and request a refund. Insurance is handled by a third party and the event management team is not able to file your claim for you or impact the decision on your claim. You must purchase insurance during registration. Insurance will come as part of a second confirmation email, it will not be noted on the event confirmation email.

2. If you would like to switch to another future event more than 48 hours before the event, you can log in to your run sign up account and find the "Race Transfer" button. You can see our full calendar of events here before you do that to determine which event you would like to transfer to.
