I am excited to participate in the 38th Annual The Ben to the Shore, which supports the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation! Cool part about this year ride? My son is doing it with me!

After a passing of a coworker,  I embarked on a journey to live a healthier life for myself and my family by taking up cycling. His passing was a stark reminder of the importance of cherishing our own health and supporting one another. 

On July 20th, (my son and I!) are participating in the Ben to the Shore charity bike ride, not just as a personal challenge but as an opportunity to make a positive impact. The Ben to the Shore is a cause close to my heart, providing financial relief for the families of fallen or critically injured first responders in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. Fundraising also supports programs that strengthen relationships between police officers and children in the communities they serve.
