Riding for a Greater Cause – Year 3

I am excited to ride in my third Ben to The Shore Bike Tour, supporting the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation!

As many of you know, this ride is deeply personal for me. It’s a way of paying forward the kindness, support, and generosity my family received in our time of need. Being part of this incredible community has shown me the true impact of their mission—helping countless families of fellow brothers and sisters in their darkest moments. I have witnessed firsthand how this foundation, working in partnership with organizations like the Montgomery County Hero Fund, steps in to provide critical support when families need it most. Their assistance during times of tragedy and loss makes an immeasurable difference. Their mission is simple yet powerful: help those who help us.

It is both humbling and inspiring to ride alongside so many selfless individuals and to be part of the Wheels of Justice team, a group of people who give of themselves for this cause.

While I have set a personal fundraising goal of $7,500, what matters most is supporting this incredible foundation. You can donate to any rider participating in Ben to The Shore—every dollar raised goes toward the same mission: helping the families of our fallen and injured heroes. **The Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation (FBBCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the lives of children in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area. We achieve this by providing necessary financial relief for the families of fallen or critically injured first responders (police officers, firefighters, EMTs) and cultivating positive relationships and interactions between police officers and the children in the communities they serve.
