We are focused on the unique individual and the complexity of family systems. Our multidisciplinary approach treats a wide range of conditions, including:

• Disordered eating
• Gambling
• Trauma and PTSD
• Depression and anxiety
• Co-occurring disorders
• Substance use

Our team includes therapists specializing in children and adolescents, adults, and older adults, as well as a dietitian and a psychiatrist for medication management.

Our First Responder Program is organized and ran by me, a first responder for first responders, providing specialized support to those in active or retired emergency services and the military.

We offer a wide range of services for active and retired first responders, military members, and their families. We accept most insurance plans and offer a sliding scale based on each client's and family's needs.
